By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Bujify provides digital marketing, custom AI solutions, business consulting, and staffing/talent placement services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a separate service agreement or proposal for each engagement.
By using our services you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
By submitting your information or booking a call, you expressly consent to be contacted by phone and SMS/text regarding our services, scheduling, and follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or HELP for assistance.
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Recurring services bill on the agreed schedule until cancelled in accordance with your agreement.
Where a money-back guarantee is offered for a specific one-time service, the terms of that guarantee are stated in the applicable offer or agreement. Custom and completed work, third-party costs, and ongoing subscription services already rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
You agree to provide timely access, materials, and approvals reasonably required for us to deliver services, and to use any talent, tools, or deliverables lawfully.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created specifically for you become yours upon full payment. Our underlying tools, processes, and pre-existing materials remain our property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bujify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
